A power bowl is a sure shot way of packing in all the nutrition in one go. That’s what The Clearing House aims at doing this Summer. Chef Nitin Kulkarni introduces a special 'Summer in a Bowl' menu starting tomorrow till the end of May 2017. ' 

The Clearing House is keeping it cool with a special summer menu highlighting pretty bowls with the season's freshest produce in cooling combinations . The refreshing menu features the tangy Raw papaya and prawn salad, the fully loaded Avocado toast, the luscious Porcini pannacotta, and the Yellow fin tuna toastada. Healthy options such as the Grilled Roman artichoke, and the Cauliflower couscous with grilled vegetables and miso butter will keep those summer calories at bay. The chilled Tapioca pudding with fresh mango, lemon yogurt sorbet and black sesame shortbread, and our version of the Eton Mess with hazelnut meringue, both gluten-free, will have you forgetting about the heat in no time. Because that's what you get when you put summer in a bowl!
