Ring in the holidays with Kofuku's Christmas and New Year menu!

With Christmas and New Year lined up, festive spirit is in the air. The revelry has reached Linking Road too, as Kofuku, the authentic Japanese restaurant releases its menu for the holiday season so that your taste buds can welcome the New Year in a high note.

Combine executive chef Biaka’s expertise with the cuisine and holiday feasting, and patrons get a mouth-watering special menu teeming with a variety of options in the crowd favourites – sushi and teppenyaki. In sushi, there is the Salmon Aburi roll with avocado, cucumber and crispy tempura flakes rolled inside and topped with seared salmon and special cheese sauce, then the Blue Diamond roll with spicy tuna, salmon, crab stick, avocado on the inside and topped with cucumber and finally ‘To Die For’, a house special flaming sushi option with cream cheese, avocado, salmon on the inside with salmon and tuna toppings if you’re feeling adventurous.

On the teppanyaki menu, under non veg options there is hibachi lamb, hibachi tenderloin, and hibachi prawns sautéed with bokchoy spring onion in ponzu sauce. For vegetarians, there is spicy greens and asparagus cooked in a lemon grass and hot basil sauce and an assorted veg plate of carrot, zucchini, broccoli, baby corn, mushroom, cooked in chili oyster sauce or any sauce of your choice – teriyaki, butter garlic, chili bean, miso burnt garlic and spicy sauce.

In their hot range, they have a grilled seabass and grilled Hokkaido scallop in shell. The dessert menu has an interesting choice between banana tempura with ice cream and the popular black sesame ice cream.
