Mumbai, November 13, 2019: Nexus Malls, the Indian retail portfolio arm of The Blackstone Group, was conferred with Gold for Marketing Excellence in Market Positioning and Brand Awareness category for its StyleHashtags campaign at the recently concluded International Council of Shopping Centers Forum in Singapore. Lately, the mall company also bagged three other awards for its marketing initiatives across multiple platforms in the country.
Nexus Mall’s one of its kind fashion initiative, StyleHastags, has already garnered much appreciation among the Indian retail fraternity for its distinctiveness. With this award the campaign now got acknowledgement at an international fora. StyleHastags was Nexus Malls’ way of experimenting with new styles, themes and fashion. It showcased the company’s strategic thinking and its initiative to increase the visibility of the in-house retailers and sales of the participating brands and curating looks for the season.
The success of the StyleHastags campaign can be adjudged from the fact that within just two years, they have successfully managed to work with over 150 brands and in excess of 100 influencers and bloggers for their campaigns. In India, the campaign received the award of ‘The Best IP of the Year: Style Hashtags’ at TAVF 2019.
