Chocolate Moulding Workshop at Häagen Dazs Bandra & Powai on 24 & 25 October 2015

Mumbai, October 2015 - With the October heat getting unbearable and the schools out for the festival break, Häagen Dazs is bringing your young ones the opportunity to chill out and learn how to make some fantastic desserts. All through October, November and December, our skilled Häagen Dazs chefs will be conducting workshops on all things sweet. From making our signature sundaes to making and decorating your own ice cream popsicle, we have got everything to keep you and your tiny tots engaged and enthralled.

Our Chocolate Moulding workshop will teach the participants how to temper chocolates and then how to structure & shape this chocolate into the desired form. Also they learn how to make some exquisite decorations using chocolate that are both delicious and are guaranteed to make their desserts special and unique. They will also get to see our signature creation- The Eiffel Tower, being made.
