Mumbai, 9th January 2014: Get ready to listen to the best rock and roll at the city’s largest mall, Phoenix Marketcity Kurla. Give a treat to your ears as Modern Mafia and Unohu will be setting the stage on fire with their fantabulous live performances at ‘Smashing Sunday’ exclusively at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla on 12th January 2014!

The English Indie Pop/Rock band, Modern Mafia from Mumbai features a four piece band, Varun Das on vocals and guitars, Ishaan Krishna on lead guitars and backing vocals, Karun Kannampilly on drums and Krehl Gonsalves on bass and backing vocals. The bunch of four dapper, talented, eccentric bad boys will create and perform music that will be relatable, fun and easy to get. After launching their first album 'Random Sheep' in 2012 the band has also sung in the Bollywood movie ‘David’. So make sure you do not miss the enigmatic performances by the gangster boys of Modern Mafia.

That’s not all! Unohu the alt-rock band from Mumbai will also be rocking the stage on Sunday evening! The three piece band Unohu comprises of Sarthak Karkare on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Yohann Coutinho on bass guitar and Shashwat Karkare on drums and backing vocals. The band will perform live music which will be indie and groovy with a happy, trippy vibe that will make your hair go down.
