Phoenix Marketcity Kurla in association with Mani Bhavan will showcase Gandhi’s Charkha during an exemplary pictorial exhibition on his 144th Birth Anniversary

27th September, Mumbai, October 2013: This Gandhi Jayanti, Phoenix Marketcity Kurla will take you on an enriching and unforgettable journey with the Father of Nation as they showcase a sneak peek into his life. In association with Mani Bhavan, Phoenix Marketcity Kurla is hosting an exhibition on the life history of Gandhiji by displaying some of his personal belongings on his 144th birth anniversary from 2nd to 6th October 2013. The event will exhibit Gandhi’s life through a pictography along with an aesthetically placed statue and spinning wheel (popularly known as Charkha). A message wall will also be created to capture the thoughts of the visitors.

- Storytelling session - discover about Gandhi’s life
- Charkha workshop – learn the art of spinning
