Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and there is already flutter amongst lovebirds about the new strawberry-studded menu at Craft – the new Deli Bistro Bar at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla. The seasonal berry is truly celebrated like never before with a six course menu that sees the fruit complement popular fare like pizzas, dips, risottos and other comfort foods.

This exciting menu has been created by Chef Paul Kinny, who spent many the last few months creating the menu, believes that diners will be surprised to experience the fruit in so many avatars. Savoury favourites will welcome the fruits piquant and sweet flavour to give life to small plates like Strawberry Caprese (duo of tomatoes, roasted strawberries, homemade cheese mousse), Strawberry & Shrimp Skewers, Strawberry Bruschetta, Strawberry Roasted Chicken Pizza, Soy Barley and even Strawberry Sliders.

Craft’s food style is sensitive to diners seeking a healthier option during this week of love with the Chilled Strawberry Gazpacho, Strawberry Quinoa Salad and the Strawberry Carpaccio.

Large plates include Strawberry Risotto, Spare Ribs in strawberry barbeque sauce, the Strawberry Cottage Cheese & Vegetable Skewers and many more. Desserts are never far behind with sinful desserts such as Strawberry Tiramisu, Strawberry Tart or the freshly made Strawberry Ice Cream leaving you nostalgic of your last visit to Mahableshwar.

The ‘Berried in Love’ menu is priced at an affordable INR 999 per person plus taxes and is available for an entire week starting February 7 till 14.
