Mumbai, 20th February 2014: Connect with your musical side this Saturday, 22nd February 2014 at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla as it hosts performances by two unique bands who will enthrall the audience through their acoustic and punk music at its weekly property Smashing Saturday .

Witness Vernon Noronah, the singer and songwriter perform live with his acoustic band on songs that revolve around the elements of Soul, Latin, Jazz, Surf, Blues and Pop. Followed by a reverberating performance by the Punk on Toast band.

Vernon Noronah is one of the most talented upcoming singers of this generation who can leave the listeners moved by the raw emotions conveyed through his songs. He was last seen performing his gig at NH7 and has also been associated with Quicksilver and VH1. He also has a solo album called ‘chasing all over again’ which released last year and has sung and composed songs and jingles for a few advertisements.

The high on energy, Punk on Toast, is a four member band that is known for their shouting vocals and songs that are themed on society and moral wrongs. Formed in 2009, this band comprises of Aditya Naik and Yogesh on Guitars & Vocals, Niranjan on Bass and Suyog on Drums. They have also performed at NH7 and other renowned cafes and lounges like Blue frog, Hard rock café, Mood Indigo etc
