Palladium, the luxury lifestyle destination at High Street Phoenix, continues its endeavour in bringing Art into Public Spaces. In a tie up Art Concoction, Palladium presents a show titled ‘As Life Passes By’: A show of Artworks at the Mall from September 6th to 8th, 2013.

Palladium and Art Concoction believe in pushing the conventional boundaries of Art by making it more accessible to one and all. This show at Palladium proudly presents European Artists like Damien Hirst, Anita Klein, National Portrait Gallery London Finalist Paul Wright, Chung Shek with Bhuwal Prasad from India.

The exhibition uses life as a metaphorical laboratory and experiments to drive the meaning of life by plotting the everyday moments on the 3 axis of life - time, place and people. The effort is to not only capture the fleeting moments but to celebrate everyday life. Be it having a perfect Sunday reading a good book with a glass of aged red wine; having breakfast with family; picking strawberries or catching up with friends under a tree on a summer evening.

The exhibition also features ‘For the Love of God’ series by Damien Hirst to highlight the fragile and ephemeral dimension of life; a gentle reminder that Life will pass by!

Art Concoction is a new-generation fine art gallery which makes art from emerging and established artists around the world, accessible in India. It was conceived in 2011 and has since then forged relationship with artists & collectors who are passionate about exploring audience beyond immediate social and geographical reach.
