Foodhall in association with UpperCrust brings you a ‪‎Masterclass‬ by Anuradha Sawhney, a health enthusiast and vegan lifestyle exponent on 23rd August 2013. Learn to make tasty and delicious vegan pasta, kebabs and even raw pad thai salad!

Menu :

- Tofu scramble (vegan version of anda bhurji)
- Pasta with tofu based white sauce (non vegan version would have been a cream based sauce)
- Chocolate mousse made from avocado
- Raw pad thai (better known as a vegetable noodle salad)
- Vegan potato and soya mince kebabs
