Mumbai, May 2015: Foodhall @ Palladium is playing a host to the award-winning Michelin star Indian chef, restaurateur, and cookbook writer - Vikas Khanna on 7th May, 2015 from 6 PM onwards. Besides releasing his latest book on Mocktails - Shaken & Stirred, Vikas Khanna will demonstrate how to whip some exciting mocktails like Green Machine and Lime & Lemons from his new book. Shaken & Stirred boasts of an impressive and innovative collection of mocktail recipes.

Vikas, who has been featured in host of shows such as Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, MasterChef Australia and The Martha Stewart Show, will demonstrate how to wow your guests with drinks that stir up nostalgia, add twists to classic mocktail recipes and everything from herbal infusions to exotic elixirs.
