Chef Saurabh is Serafina Mumbai's Head Chef and has 12 years of experience in cooking delicious Italian meals.

Appetizers :

- Crostini Caprese (V) : Crostini made with plum tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and pesto, black olive tapenade
- Crostini Bufala Proscuitto : Crostini made with buffalo mozzarella and thinly sliced prosciutto glazed with fig marmalade
- Crostini Peperoni Dolci (v) : Crostini made with roasted bell peppers with balsamic glaze

Salad :

- Gourmet Serafina Salad (v) : Salad made with mixed exotic greens and palm hearts, cherry tomatoes, white asparagus, toasted almonds with balsamic dressing

- Ravioli Pomodoro (v) : Ravioli pasta prepared in chunky tomato sauce
