Mere days before The Great Food Show, Chef Shilarna Vaze of Gaia Home Chef & Chef Vikas Seth, executive Chef at Dish Hospitality, will be teaming up to give you an exclusive sneak peek into all the culinary action at the show. Both chef's come armed with a culinary arsenal of tips, tricks and great food up their sleeve. Some of the dishes that you can expect to taste are Corn galettes with sauce vierge, Achiote and Chipotle spiced young vegetable taquitos and Arboi spiced strawberry salsa, vanilla ice cream and fresh berries.
