Join us at Foodhall@ Palladium on 23rd – 25th January for a master class by Chef Pranav Gore. Learn the tricks and master some authentic, tasty, yet simple Italian dishes.

In this 3 day workshop at Foodhall @Palladium Chef Pranav would be preparing and teaching different Italian delicacies on each day. Chef Pranav is an exponent in Italian cuisine and has been a veteran in the industry .The menu boasts of some innovative yet simple to cook recipes. For all the health conscious people, he will also be sharing some scrumptious recipes of Gluten free pasta. That’s not all; you will also be introduced to some of the well kept secrets and tips of Italian cooking.

23rd Jan:

Soup: Minestrone
Maincourse: Calamarata pasta with broccoli cream, chilli and parmesan
Gluten free pasta with Sugo di pomodoro
Dessert: Tiramisu

24th Jan:

Salad: Penne pasta salad
Maincourse: Spaghetti alla Putanesca and Spaghetti aglio olio with panegratatto
Dessert: Panettone with Ricotta and honeycomb

25th Jan:

Soup: Zuppa con farro
Maincourse: Gnocchi di patata with pumpkin, burnt butter sage and walnuts
Tagliatelle Genovese with pesto, green beans and potato
Dessert: Salami di chocolate
