The premium lifestyle and food superstore brings to you an exclusive masterclass by India’s 1st and only certified chocolate taster, Nitin Chordia. Walk- in at Foodhall and learn the art of chocolate making from the most renowned chocolate sommelier in the country.  

The masterclass includes an interactive session based on some interesting farm to palette videos on how chocolate is actually made from the cocao fruit, tastings of different types of chocolates using placemats and a demonstration of grinding and chocolate making. 

An active member of judges at the International Chocolate Awards based in London, Nitin travels the world in search of fine Cocoa/Chocolates and operates Cocoatrait. Showcasing his expertise he will demonstrate grinding & chocolate making live to the audience at Foodhall followed by Q&A.
