Chef Vikas Gautam : A seasoned hotelier with a rich and diverse experience of 6 years in culinary (Pastry/Bakery/Confectionary) operations, conducting training, creating a lifetime experience for guests and carving a niche for self, Chef Vikas Gautam was nominated for Young Leader Of The Year 2016- 2017 run by The Economic Times Leading Newspaper of India.

Chef Rahul Dhavale : Executive Chef at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, with a 15-year long illustrious career, Chef Rahul’s association with the hotel started in June 2012 as an Executive Sous Chef.
Chef Rahul enjoys cooking regional Maharashtrian food and western food the most which he tries implementing in the much appreciated F&B venues at The Westin Mumbai Garden City.

Chef Antonello Cancedda : Hailing from Genoa, the historical port city of Northern Italy, Antonello has over the years spent time heading Italian restaurants in leading hotel chains in India. At Prego, Antonello introduces us to his specialties like pasta with the famous Genoan Pesto sauce, Lasagna Portofino, Torta Pasqualina and among many more.
