All special days and festivals are celebrated with vigour and enthusiasm through a variety of activities and events. NMM’s out-of-the-box ideas are a perfect amalgamation of culture and contemporary trends.

This year to welcome Ganpati bappa and provide something unique to its patrons, NMM will be recreating the legendary Siddhivinayak temple within the mall. In a first-of-its-kind endeavour, the malls version of the Dadar temple will be complete with a replica of the grand Ganesh idol and morning and evening aartis performed by an authorized priest. Prominent celebrities will be visiting the mall to experience the grandeur and take Bappa’s blessings.

Talking about the Ganpati celebrations at the mall, Mr. Surjit Singh Rajpurohit, CEO, Neptune Magnet Mall said, “NMM is the first Indian mall to organise such an event. We have taken care of the most minute and intricate details to recreate the magic Siddhivinayak temple. This Ganeshotsav NMM will bring to life one of the most honoured and auspicious Ganpati temples in the country for their patrons.”

NMM believes in a holistic approach. Therefore, like the previous years, this year’s Ganpati idol too is made keeping the environment in mind. The idea is to stay eco-friendly and encourage the patrons to do the same.

Also, to enhance the festival mood, NMM has also planned some CSR activities during the Ganpati celebrations. Eco-beats, an orchestra formed by visually impaired musicians will be performing a special aarti at the mall. Also, around 35 golden-agers (senior citizens) will be invited to the mall and special movie and lunch will be arranged for them.

To spread the message of better health and well-being among the patrons, Indian Cancer Society will initiate an anti-cancer awareness campaign in the mall. On similar lines, a blood donation awareness campaign will be arranged with SBTC, Govt. of Maharashtra.
