Thane, September 6th, 2013: Continuing with its annual tradition of celebrating Eco friendly Ganpati festival, KORUM - the mall for every mood is once again set to celebrate the favourite festival of Maharashtra from September 9th

Like every year, the grand celebration will begin from first day of the festival starting with installation of the idol and will culminate on September 18th with immersion of the Ganpati idol. Along with Eco friendly Ganpati Celebration in a traditional manner at KORUM, the highlight of this year’s festival will be a 5 feet tall clay idol of Siddhivinayak. After installation of the idol and performing pooja in a traditional manner the lord will be offered modak and sweets followed by singing of traditional aarti’s along with customers.

Our Eco Friendly Ganpati Celebration is an attempt to educate masses to celebrate Ganpati festival in an environment friendly way. We are sure our initiative of ‘Green Ganpati’ Celebration will enable consumers to adopt eco-friendly practices to celebrate Ganpati this year. To add to the Eco friendly Ganpati celebration, KORUM has also organised workshops such as Modak making, and Idol making. These workshops will give a perfect theme of green ganpati celebration to the shoppers.

- 12th September : Origami Workshop, 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm

- 14th September : Workshop on Idol making. 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm

- 15th September : Drawing Competition, 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm
