On the occasion of World Yoga day, well-known holistic health and fitness guru, Dr. Mickey Mehta is coming down to High Street Phoenix for a special interaction for his latest book “Lose Weight Gain Shape”, which is basically a 28 day transformation guide to wellness.
He is also the author of ‘Shoonyam Quotient’, which was a self-help book to keep you energised, fulfilled and peaceful. In association with Westland Publication, Global Holistic Wellness Guru and corporate life coach for 36 years Mickey Mehta will be talking about his new book and will also be taking a special yoga session at 212 All Good, High Street Phoenix on 21st June from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. The session is a wonderful opportunity for both the book lovers and fitness enthusiast to know some wonderful tips about how to keep you fit and energised from Dr. Mickey Mehta and will include a special yoga session by Mickey who will be showing different yoga position.
