This December High Street Phoenix is giving you an opportunity to watch two upcoming rock bands under the stars while their gigs are still free. Garage rock band Bone Broke & alternative rock band Unohu take centre stage on the 5th of December at the Courtyard of the popular destination centre to charm you with some deft guitar riffs. This December 2013 onwards, High Street Phoenix's popular monthly property "Thursday Jam-Ups" introduced to provide a platform to upcoming indie bands is going to become a weekly affair, thus welcoming more bands into their fold.

Opening the show on the 5th is Unohu, an alternative rock band from Mumbai. The band was formed in March 2012. The band consists of Sarthak Karkare (vocals, guitars), Yohann Coutinho (bass) and Shashwat Karkare (drums). The main act of the night is Bone Broke.
Bone Broke is the solo garage rock project of Mumbai based singer/songwriter Dinkar Dwivedi, formed in 2013. The music is raw blues based rock that focuses on catchy riffs and stomping beats. Bone Broke plays live as a three-piece band, and has performed sets at NH7's The Scene 4.0 and an edition of Mumbai's Bomb Thursdays. The band’s tracks ‘I’ve Got Something’ and ‘Old Man’ has been featured on the Stupid Ditties 666 and Stupid Ditties: Lucky 7 compilations respectively.
