Workshop Flow:

- Teas from Around the World - Different types of cultural tea preparations in Japan, China, Taiwan, Russia, Turkey, Kenya and Sri Lanka.

- Tea Brewing: Different types of teas have different brewing techniques. Come, learn the art of brewing and enjoy an unlimited flow of teas.

- Tea and Food Pairings - Pair an exotic selection of world teas with delicious gourmet food from the Dolce Vita menu.

Tea Menu:

1. White Tea (silver tips) - a delicate tea famous for it honey-like aftertaste and has almost seven times more anti-oxidants than green tea. This tea is also popularly known as beauty tea. Come find out why.

2. Green Tea Pearls with Jasmine - finest green tea from China infused with real jasmine flowers.

3. Darjeeling Tea - known as the Champagne of Tea. Choicest pick from the highest tea estates in Darjeeling.

4. Milk Scented Oolong Tea - aromatic Oolong tea with smooth notes of vanilla. We promise youve never had Oolong like this before.

Food Menu:

1. Papaya salad with prawns (vegetarian option available)

2. Scottish Smoked Salmon Cream cheese roulade OR Asparagus Tart with balsamic glaze

3. Duck OR Vegetable spring Rolls with a hot garlic dip

4. White Chocolate Cream Cheese Fondant with a mixed berry coolie.
