High Street Phoenix in association with Dignity Foundation to host a Yoga Workshop on 28th January 2014

High Street Phoenix and NGO Dignity Foundation bring to the city of Mumbai a chance to rejuvenate their mind and body by hosting a Yoga Workshop by Mr. R. Kumar Bhat as a part of their popular property “Talent Tuesday” on 28th January 2014 from 12 noon to 7 pm at the Courtyard of the destination centre. Also, this January 2014 onwards, High Street Phoenix's popular monthly property "Talent Tuesday" introduced to provide a platform to upcoming creative minds, has become a weekly affair thus welcoming more talents into their fold.
The venue will see a health camp and a set-up conducting yoga workshop on basic asanas and breathing exercises for all the mall goers from 12 noon – 4 pm. Between 5 pm – 6 pm, join the fun workout session – Aerobics by Mr. Kumar & group and get lucky as you get an exclusive copy of “Dignity Dialogue”, a monthly magazine which provides inspiration, motivation and knowledge by Dignity Foundation. As you warm-up to head to the final phase of this refreshing evening, attend an interactive session from 6 pm - 7 pm with the volunteers from the NGO and witness some enthralling performances by our senior members, who will make you believe that life only starts at 60 and will redefine the meaning to live life to the fullest even when you are old.
