Celebrate the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti with High Street Phoenix, as the mall hosts a kite making workshop as the January edition of their popular monthly property ‘Talent Tuesday’ on 14th January 2014 from 12 noon to 5 pm at the Courtyard of the mall. Get a chance to make your own kite under the guidance of professional kite maker Asif Khan and fly it against the chequered skyline of the mall. You can also take one of the kites on offer or the one you make on the D-Day and write whatever you wish to get rid off from your life on it. High Street Phoenix will let you symbolically bid adieu to all your problems and fly then up in the air.

Asif Khan & his coterie of professionals from Bandra’s famous ‘Standard Kites’ will teach enthusiastic shoppers the art of kite making & kite flying. Hailing from Lucknow, Asif Khan & his ‘Standard Kites’ belong to a 200 year old illustrious family of kite makers. A legacy handed down from generations; their kites come specially from Lucknow, Delhi & Bareily & are regularly sent for movie shootings.
