High Street Phoenix celebrates International Day of Peace by organizing a Flash Mob event in association with Zouk India, tomorrow from 5 - 6 PM.

The International Zouk Flashmob has grown to become the biggest flashmob in history. With more than 180 cities in every continent of the world, IZFM is the largest dance event ever! IZFM has chosen 21 September 2013 for IZFM 2013, because is is the International Day of Peace, and it fits perfect with their motto: “Unite the world with zouk, the dance of love”.

Music by Paulo Mac from Rio de Janeiro

The famous Brazilian star, Paulo Mac , has created a song especially for the IZFM 2013! The name is 'Dance of Love'. This couldn't be more appropriate. Paulo is well-known for his special music - a modern mix of pop, R&B and electronics with danceable Zouk. Paulo wrote the lyrics dedicated to the cause.

Choreography by Henry Velandia from New York

In May 2013 zoukers from around the world have been working hard to create a choreography for the flashmob. In a democratic competition everybody was invited to vote for the choreography they liked the best. The winners have been announced at the Zurich Zouk Congress: Henri Velandia & Claudia Palestini
