High Street Phoenix curates an array of exciting activities to celebrate Christmas and the New Year from the 23rd to the 27th of December

Mumbai, 22nd December, 2014: Reindeers, snowflakes, gift filled stockings, Christmas trees with all its pretty adornments and of course Santa! Christmas is the festival of merriment and joy. And celebrating the Christmas excitement, High Street Phoenix has an exciting plethora of activities lined up for the Christmas week from 23rd December to 27th December. From parades and carol singing to performances, competitions, and workshops, Christmas is indeed going to be an exciting affair at High Street Phoenix.

Bringing in Christmas on the 23rd and 24th of December, the popular group of professional singers, Les Chanters, will make the patrons sway to some festive carol singing near the Palladium Christmas tree from 5:30 to 7:30. And Santa Claus, Elves, Mad Hatters, Queens, Alice, Dwarves, Angels, Clowns and Jugglers will parade and bring joy and merriment to all parts of High Street Phoenix on the 24th and 25th December from 4:00 to 7:30.

What’s Christmas without some peppy music to groove to? With a live music performance inspired by the verses of Kabir sung by the upcoming stars of Sufi rock music, Kabir Café on the 24th December evening from 8:00 to 10:00 and an energetic performance by rock band Teemeer and The Cirkle who will play their unique blend of styles ranging from heavy metal, rock, pop, grunge and modern/Hindi rock, along with the talented vocalist Nandini Chaudhury on the 25th from 8:00 to 10:00, the Christmas weekend at High Street Phoenix will be filled with some beautiful music.

For its younger patrons, the mall will host fun emcee games such as Hoola Relay, Lock and Key, Go Statue!, Candy Stick and Toffee, Card House Fun, Knock The Elves, Freeze, Tongue Twisters and much more. Apart from collage, colouring and painting competitions, there will be dance workshops and quizzes. To make your shopping fiesta even more exciting, High Street Phoenix will host juggler shows, magic shows, cyclist shows, the Charlie Chaplin show, African acrobatic acts, and the Magic Bubbles show by the internationally reknowned duo of Alisa Kaur and Zvi Yosef Tawil, all keeping the excitement alive during the Christmas weekend on the 26th and 27th of December from 12 noon to 8 pm.

In true Christmas gifting tradition, the mall brings back their super popular initiative Shop and Win from 19th December 2014 to 4th of January 2015 where customers can participate in daily, weekly and bumper lucky draws winning exciting prizes.
