For an exciting gastronomic experience, our Chefs have curated a purple-themed menu; having popular international food trends. Some of the ingredients used in the dishes are purple potato; purple asparagus; elderberries etc. Celebrate the Purple Brunch with an extravagant spread of scrumptious buffet which is not just as a colour on the culinary canvas, but also as a healthier version to carb-rich potatoes and rice.
