- one on one dribble and shoot penalty within 30 seconds
- Entry Fee Rs.500. only (Re-Entry Allowed)
- 32 Teams knockout
- Winner's cash prize Rs.4000/-
- Runners Up Cash Prize Rs.2000/-
- 5 Penalty Shots + Sudden death till game is not decided

Shootout Rules :

• 5 kicks per team followed by sudden death
• Kick to be 1 v 1 Style. Kicker to start from half line & GK inside the box.
• Kicker will have a maximum of 30 seconds to score.
• Kicker to get ONLY 1 Attempt at Goal.
• No 2nd attempt allowed if he misses, for a miss kick, rebound, etc.
• Kicker cannot enter the D. If he enters the D, the kick will be declared as a Save.
• GK cannot leave the D. If he does leave the D, the kick will be declared as a Goal
