Food lover’s paradise, Mangalorean cuisine is a fulfilling experience that one must not miss
After successfully hosting a Parsi culinary pop-up, HyperCITY organises a Mangalorean Food Pop-Up this weekend, in association with Authenticook, to offer its customers a variety in flavours with convenience at the store. Home-Chef Prabha known for her culinary expertise in Mangalorean cuisine will host the pop-up and showcase exquisite southern delicacies.
The lavish spread offers Chicken Ghee Roast, Mangalore Buns, Khotto (Steam Idlis in Jackfruit leaves) Prawn pulao, Suran Kismuri (side dish made with fresh coconut and spice) and Puliyodharai (Tamarind Rice). For a sweet ending the pop-up offers Pineapple sheera and Panak (Jaggery, Ginger and Pepper Drink).
A traditional and authentic meal to suffice any culinary craving, enjoy every morsel of the southern speciality – only at HyperCITY!
