After successful stints of Parsi and Mangalorean food pop-ups, HyperCITY brings to you, a Kolkata Street Food Pop-Up this weekend in association with Authenticook, to offer its customers a variety in flavours with convenience at the store. Home-Chef Priyadarshini of Tasty Tales will host the pop-up and showcase some delectable dishes of Bengal.
The Bengali spread includes Laker Alur Dom (Aloo Dum), Chicken Chop with Kasundi (Mustard Sauce), Mangsher Ghugni (Dried Yellow peas cooked with Mutton), Ghugni (Dried yellow peas in gravy), Puchkas, Churmur, Alu Kabli with refreshing Masala Thums-Up. The meal ends with the very famous Malpuathat will surely leave you asking for more.
