India’s longest party marathon, Baleno Wicked Weekends, returns to Mumbai with the country’s hottest electronic act

Counted as one of India’s definitive progressive house acts in the country, Kerano will be performing in Mumbai as part of Baleno Wicked Weekends on April 15.

A multi-city nightlife campaign that aims to redefine and reinvigorate the club scene in India, Baleno Wicked Weekends has featured established indie acts like Midival Punditz, Raghu Dixit, and bass music producers like Sound Avtar and Mojo Jojo and hopes to become the one-stop nightlife guide for audiences and artists alike.

Kerano: India’s fastest rising Electronic dance music Star

Born and raised in New Delhi, DJ and producer Kerano had always known he wanted to make music. A drummer since the age of 4, song writer since the age of 14, he decided to finally take the step and hit the studio in college where he was introduced to the world of dance music.

His debut track, a collaboration with Tom Swoon released on ULTRA, the track reached #4 on Beatport Progressive House charts. Being supported by tastemakers like Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Nicky Romer, Afrojack, Dash Berlin, W&W, R3hab, Quintino, Deniz Koyu, Benny Benassi, Sick Individuals, Swanky Tunes, Thomas Gold, Morgan Page, Yves V and many more, after signing a deal with MusicAllStars Publishing, Kerano collaborated with Dutch duo Magnificence on ‘Breathing’ which went on to the #1 spot on Beatport Top10 Progressive House!

Described as India’s longest party marathon, Baleno Wicked Weekends – a collaboration between Maruti Suzuki - NEXA and ZEE Live – has put on 14 shows so far and looks to feature some of the most exciting independent music talent from India.
