If you are a food lover, Parsi food is sure to be on your bucket-list. The tender lamb, fish and chicken dishes tempt your taste buds in a way that you will keep asking for more.

This weekend HyperCITY organises a Parsi Food Pop-Up in association with Authenticook, to offer its customers a variety in flavours with convenience at the store. Home-Chef Firdosh of Firdy's Café will host the pop-up and showcase some of the finest festive eats.

The spread of savoury includes Dhansak Dal paired with Kachumbar and Brown Rice, Salli Boti (Mutton Curry) with pav, Chutney Eedu Pattice (Egg and Chutney Pattice), Chicken Farcha Stripes (Fried chicken) and Dried Chickoo Stripes. To conclude, delectable desserts like Lagan nu Custard, Raspberry Soda and Ice Cream Soda will also be a part of the feast.

The meal will feature authentic specialties served at weddings and ceremonies, giving a flavourful blend of sweet and spicy-Just like the Parsi Style!
