Back in the year 2008, at the Asia Pacific Real Estate Awards, held in Shanghai, Alpha G:Corp’s premium eco-friendly habitat ‘GurgaonOne’ in Gurgaon, Sector 22 was listed with distinction under sustainable projects from across the Asia-Pacific. The same year, at the Cityscape Asia Real Estate Awards 2008 in Singapore, Alpha G:Corp’s Golf View Corporate Towers, which is Ernst & Young’s Corporate Office, was ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best Developer – Commercial/Office(Built) Category. This rounded up 2008 as a year of recognition and rewards. In the year 2009, Alpha G:Corp once again stood out as an industry leader. At the Cityscape Asia Real Estate Awards in Singapore, Alpha G:Corp’s City Centre Development in Amritsar, AlphaOne won their first Award of the year, which was ‘Highly Commended with Seal of Distinction’ in the Best Mixed Use Development. Then came the prestigious ‘Pride of Industry Award 2009’ which was bestowed upon Alpha G:Corp for their ever seeking ways to benefit retailers and enhance the customers’ experience in the hitherto disorganized retail sector in India. Last but not the least, at the inaugural Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2009 in New Delhi, Alpha G:Corp was awarded the ‘Emerging Developer of the Year’. This completed yet another rewarding year for the company. The year 2010 opened with equal élan and turned out to be an outstanding year for the organization. At the 1st Achievers and Leaders Awards 2010 held in Colombo, Alpha G:Corp was once again recognized for their intermittent management style with an Award for Excellence in Brand Building. At the World Brand Congress Awards in Mumbai, Alpha G:Corp was privileged to receive the following awards - ‘Award for Brand Leadership Award (Overall)’, ‘Award for Innovative Brand Builder of the Year’, ‘Digital Marketer of the Year Award’ (AlphaOne, Amritsar), ‘Award for Brand Leadership’ and the ‘Award for Social Marketing’ again for AlphaOne, Amritsar. The same year, at the Global HR Excellence Award of the Asia Pacific HRM Congress in Bangalore, the Award for ‘Line Managers With HR Orientation’ also came to Alpha G:Corp. Similarly, at the CMO Asia Awards in Singapore, the Award for ‘Social Marketing – Retail’ was conferred on Alpha G:Corp for AlphaOne, Amritsar and the Award for ‘India's Greatest Brand Builder - Real Estate’ was also bagged by them. In the same year when Mumbai hosted the ‘Images Shopping Centre Awards’ in May 2010, AlphaOne, Amritsar again received the ‘Award for Most Successful Shopping Centre Launch of the Year – North India’. Later, when Mumbai again hosted the Asia Retail Congress, AlphaOne, Amritsar won the high honour of ‘Most Admired Shopping Centre Design of the Year’. In Mumbai, again for the Asia Retail Congress, the ‘Emerging Retailer of the Year – Real Estate’ was conferred to none other than, AlphaOne, Amritsar. Today, with the start of the year 2011, Alpha G:Corp is already looking ahead. The latest accolades being conferred on the company include ‘Award for the ‘Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year: Non-Metros – North’, awarded to AlphaOne, Amritsar at the Images Shopping Centre Awards 2011. Another high point of the year so far were the Awards for ‘Best Commercial Property in Northern Region’, to AlphaOne, Amritsar and ‘Best Residential Property in Northern Region’, to GurgaonOne, Sector 22 at the CNBC AWAAZ-CRISIL & CREDAI Real Estate Awards’ 2010 held in Singapore. The company also bagged the ‘Award for Brand Leadership’, at the 10th Indira Marketing Excellence Awards 2011 in Pune; ‘Award for Star Youth Icon’, at the 3rd Global Youth Marketing Awards 2011 in Mumbai and ‘Excellence Award’, & ‘Udyog Rattan Award’, at the Indo-Thai Economic Cooperation Seminar by the Institute of Economic Studies (IES) in Thailand.
