The NYC based Northern Italian Restaurant Serafina is now is India. Serafina Restaurant Group was conceived when Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato made a pact while traumatically lost at sea. The two friends agreed to open a restaurant serving the best pizza and pasta in the world if they were to survive the ordeal. Serafina has 10 locations in New York, 1 in Philadelphia & now has 4 more international locations comprising of Brazil, Moscow, Tokyo & Mumbai!

Serafina is known for its Northern Italian cuisine, originating from family recipes handed down from generations of cooks and adapted by Vittorio Assaf and his team of professional chefs.
