Malaika Arora Khan awards the winners of Shine Young 2015 at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla

The gorgeous Malaika Arora Khan along with models and artists Aditi Govitrikar, Vahbiz Mehta, Sandip Soparrkar, Chef Amrita Raichand, Amy Billimoria and Alesia Raut were seen at the grand finale of Shine Young 2015, an initiative by Phoenix Marketcity Kurla to provide a talent platform for kids aged 5 to 14 years.

Zihaan Govitrikar & Isha Gandhi (Age group 5-8 years), Mohammad TK & Yuvika Shah (Age group 8-11 years), Bhavya Bhavisa & Lavisha Parmar (Age group 11 – 14 years) were selected as winners from 36 finalists who walked the ramp at the grand finale.

Excited to be part of the event, Malaika Arora Khan said, “Phoenix Marketcity has always been a favourite destination for me and my kids. We’ve spent many weekends at the mall watching movies at PVR Gold Class and shopping at Hamley’s. I am delighted to be here today, at the grand finale of Shine Young 2015. It was an absolute pleasure to watch these talented kids perform. They were all exceptional and exceeded every expectation we had. ”

Shine Young 2015 is a talent platform aimed at encouraging budding talent and provides the perfect stage for little champs to display their skills. Post the registration process which garnered over 2500 entries, shortlisted participants went through an audition round and the 36 selected finalists moved on to partake in several workshops on dance, cooking and grooming. Mentored by expert panellists Amrita Arora, Alesia Raut, Aditi Govitrikar, Vahbiz Mehta, Sandip Soparrkar, Chef Amrita Raichand & Amy Billimoria, these workshops helped the kids enhance their skills!

The winners of Shine Young 2015 won exciting prizes from the array of stores available at the mall and a will also get a chance to walk the ramp at India Kids Fashion Week next year.
