Amrita Arora launches Shine Young 2015 – A talent platform for kids by Phoenix Marketcity Kurla

Mumbai, 4th May, 2015: Phoenix Marketcity Kurla, the “Mecca of Style” announced the launch of Shine Young 2015, a summer initiative by the mall to provide a talent platform for all kids aged 5 to 14 years. This spectacular event was launched by stunning mummy, Amrita Arora. Celebrity panelists Aditi Gowitrikar, Amy Billimoria & Vahbiz Mehta along with Alesia Raut were also present at the occasion.

Excited to be part of Shine young 2015, Amrita Arora said, “Children today have some exceptional talent and this initiative by Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla provides the best stage for them to showcase their abilities. I have always loved the shopping experience here and it has truly enhanced with such events being organised!”

Shine Young 2015 is a talent platform aimed at encouraging young budding talent and provides the perfect stage for little champs to display their skills. The registrations for the event are now open for kids in the age group of 5 to 14 years. Post the registration process, shortlisted participants will go through an audition round on 16th & 17th May 2015 and the selected finalists will then move on to partake in several workshops on dance, cooking, art & craft and grooming from 18th to 21st May 2015. Mentored by expert panelists such as, Amrita Arora, Aditi Gowitrikar, Vahbiz Mehta, Alesia Raut & Amy Billimoria these workshops will help the kids enhance their skills with finesse!

Speaking on the occasion, Mr.Rajendra Kalkar, Sr. Center Director said, “We are pleased to announce the launch of Shine Young 2015, which strives to motivate young talent. Through this platform, we aim to offer our little customers the chance to showcase their skills and talents. We are extremely happy that Amrita Arora and other panel judges have associated with us to mentor these young kids.”

The Grand Finale of Shine Young 2015 will be held on 23rd May 2015. The winners will get a chance to walk the ramp at India Kids Fashion Week next year along with exciting prizes from the array of stores available at the mall.
